The platform then analyzes data to develop custom benchmarking and comparisons tools while scoring individuals and teams based on effort.

Jake Honig
Co-Founder & CEO
Jake is the CEO at Seam and leads strategy, sales, and GTM. Prior to co-founding Seam, Jake was the Chief Commercial Officer at Cometeer. Before Cometeer, he served as VP of Digital at JUUL Labs for 3+ years, where he led ecommerce, product, ops, and engineering teams. Jake is a serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience driving growth across multiple industries.
Clarke Brunsdon
Co-Founder & CTO
Clarke is the CTO at Seam and leads engineering and development. Previously, he served as a Senior Director of Engineering at JUUL Labs. Prior to Seam, Clarke co-founded Stembolt – a global e-commerce consultancy – where he built and scaled the company as CEO for 9 years before its acquisition to JUUL Labs in 2018.
Sean Taylor
Co-Founder & Head of Product
Sean is the Head of Product at Seam and runs product and operations. Previously, he served as a Senior Director of Product Ops at JUUL Labs, where he worked across engineering, product, and CX teams. Prior to Seam, Sean co-founded Stembolt with Clarke – serving as COO for 9 years before its acquisition.
